Do I need any experience or technical background?
Not at all. We start from "what is Salesforce?" and build up step by step. There's no coding required to begin — if you can use a web browser, you can do this.
Will this help me become an Admin or work toward certification?
Yes — the course covers the core Salesforce Admin skills hands-on, the same ones used on the job every day. It's a strong, practical foundation as you work toward the Salesforce Administrator path.
How long do I have access?
Each purchase gives you 1 full year of access from the day you buy. After the year it simply ends — there's no surprise auto-charge, ever. If you'd like to keep going, you can renew by purchasing again whenever you want, and we keep renewals fair.
What if I get stuck on something?
